Philosophy of Care

Breast cancer frequently affects women in the prime of their lives. Advances in early diagnosis, breast imaging, genetics, and surgical techniques mean that outcomes continue to improve, with many women living long, healthy, and fulfilling lives after treatment.

Ms Varghese’s background in plastic and reconstructive surgery provides a strong understanding of breast aesthetics, tissue healing, and reshaping. This allows her to combine safe, effective breast cancer surgery with techniques designed to preserve or enhance breast appearance wherever clinically appropriate.

She specialises in oncoplastic breast surgery, applying reconstructive principles at the time of cancer treatment. Every patient is treated as an individual, and every surgical plan is tailored to both medical needs and personal goals. She may be able to offer additional procedures at the time of cancer removal to improve outcome.

  • Breast reduction
  • Breast lift (mastopexy)
  • Fat transfer
  • Liposuction and liposculpting
